A move to new and exciting technology will allow all Black & White Courier customers the option to receive any alerts and signature proof of deliver details in real time by email. You get this regardless of whether you have made your booking over the phone or online.

WHAT OUR TECHNOLOGY CAN DO FOR YOU

Online Bookings

You can make a booking online through our secure web page, especially for frequent deliveries. If you have a delivery that is outside the norm, you can simply alert us via email or phone and we will contact you to finalise the booking.

Track your delivery

We can track your consignment from the moment you make a booking right through to its destination.

Proof of Delivery

When your delivery is completed, we get the name of the receiver and their signature. This information is updated immediately and can be automatically emailed to you if you request this option at time of booking.
